We're not blawgers per se -- we're content aggregators, distributors and (sometimes) commentators focused largely on the EDD scene ... see "What's an EDDix?" Sometimes we plumb adjacencies like the broader technology scene -- search or database mining ... IP law ... privacy ... or ....
Consequently, we approached RSS a bit differently than many others in the blawg and blog world. For one thing, unless a story is about us or we have added some value, you will not be linked to our site; rather you will be linked directly to the target story.
As a corollary, we review north of 100 RSS feeds a day and have many people to thank for pointing us in the direction of a relevant story. However, unless those people have added value to the story link (links to multiple perspectives on the same topic, providing commentary to the story, etc.), we link directly to the end story without intermediary linking or attribution. If you are one of our sources (we will have our link-roll up shortly where we will wax poetic on our favorites sources), please feel free to treat us the same way. You wouldn't credit Google for finding a link to something that interests you ... and you need not credit us either.

We have initially established six individual RSS feeds -- you can subscribe to any or all from the page links below ... or none.
EDDix ... news about us, commentary by us, ongoing (fishbowl) status-ing of research projects in progress
e-Discovery ... general news about EDD developments
EDD Suppliers ... news about specific suppliers in the EDD space -- we have initially targeted 25+ that we will be following
Tech-In-Law ... broader focus on how technology is transforming the legal landscape
bLAWgs ... links to the law bloggers we read when what they have to say interests us (which is not the same as only linking to them when we agree with what they are blawging)
82 the Bar ... stuff that caught our eye outside of EDD and legal tech
A couple of other signposts ...
Duplication ... Don't be surprised if there is some duplication in the news delivered on our RSS feeds ... developments (like people) can belong to multiple groups.
Archive Access ... Our RSS Feeds deliver the most recent 15 articles in each category (except if you select "subscribe ALL" which is the most recent 50 articles drawn from all categories). Our site provides access to all articles; however, for access to articles prior to the past 30 days you must be a Member (this is not as slimy as it sounds -- Membership is f-r-e-e).
