In US v. Segal WL635065 (ND Ill 3/32/04) the Chicago court held that there is no constitutional violation when the recipient of privileged material under e-discovery does not conduct an attorney client review for the opposing side. Alex has a semi-amusing take on this decision ... and he had better hope that wise guys don't read bLAWgs.
