|
| What does "Remember my UserName and Password" do? |
This (optional) feature enables automatic Logon so you don't have to enter your UserName and Password every time you come to our site. It works by storing your UserName and Password in a permanent "cookie" in your browser/PC -- it does not store any personal information. If you do not use this feature, your UserName and Password will be requested each time you return to the site. |
| |
| When I try to LogOn, I get an error page ... |
| There are two reasons this happens: |
1. You have not enrolled as a Member so no UserName and Password combination is registered with us -- see FAQs re: Membership; or,
2. You have not entered the correct UserName and/or Password -- both must be correct for successful LogOn. See FAQs above re: lost Password and/or lost UserName.
