Here's how we're different and why ...
1. Our Membership structure enables us to boast that 'we have met the market and it is us.' Where could you possibly go to find better resources and expertise?
2. Our research projects are as alive as the marketplaces we cover. Each research project features regular updates -- when you need market G2, it's current.
3. While each research project is discrete -- we think that every pot should sit on its own bottom -- each project illuminates all other projects. For example, our Sector Analysis of Law Firms is structured to provide important inputs to the our Supplier Profiles as well as to the Sector Analysis for each of the other StakeHolder groups.
4. Our mantra is actionable information and here's how we get that done ...
Relevance is, of course, in the eye of the beholder ... or, as we've termed it, the StakeHolder. Critical attributes of relevance include timeliness and perspective.
We achieve timeliness by creating living research projects, mirroring the dynamic nature of the marketplaces we cover. Subsequent to publication, each research project is updated monthly.
Perspective is achieved by creating dedicated business views centered on each StakeHolder sector.
There is not a singular view of the EDD market, there are six ...
Suppliers
Law Firms

Our approach to ensuring accuracy is two-fold: we seek multiple sources of data; and, we've made the entire process of research project design and execution totally transparent to the broadest possible audience, inviting our Members to audit our work in flagrante delicto and provide real-time feedback.
In respect of comprehensiveness our operative concept is depth-of-field -- by deconstructing the landscape into StakeHolder groups and researching each sector, the resulting picture provides a three-dimensional view (360 x 360).
Project-ability requires the application of three additional dimensions -- mass, speed and time. For market information to have utility as a predictive tool, we need to be able to distinguish among sea changes, trends and data points.
We establish a primary longitudinal perspective by ... a) looking backwards to place events in an historical context ... and, b) design research projects to run forward, side-by-side with events. The result is living research projects that are constantly updated and reporting out vector-like metrics to enable all of us to better project the future.
The utility of information is circumscribed by its accessibility -- if you can't get at it and easily and quickly make sense of it, the world's best data is useless.
Sometimes you just need a piece of information ... sometimes you need to manipulate data ... still other times you are seeking insight and understanding. We have designed our site and project deliverables to accommodate all three needs and styles.
Hopefully, our hierarchical architecture is clear, intuitive, consistent and enables you to quickly find what you're looking for; when it doesn't seem that way to you, everything we do -- from deliverables to posts in Member Forums -- is fully searchable.
If you need a different cut on the research data, you'll find that the research data for each project is available in a downloadable MS Access database format.
Lastly, when it comes to making insight and understanding accessible, we like to think of that as one of our strengths as well. Fortunately, the interactive nature of our Membership proposition provides quick and direct feedback to keep us on track.
