Overview

EDDix provides independent research, analysis and reporting on the Electronic Data Discovery and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance markets.  The Company delivers its products and services both in print and electronically through its Site.

EDDix products can be purchased by the public; however, access to many of the features and benefits of the Company's Site is restricted to Members who receive purchase discounts and other benefits in exchange for their participation in the Company's research projects.

There are three principal sources which provide information about Members:

Enrollment.   Members provide EDDix with contact information (e.g. name, company, email address, etc.) and profile information (e.g. title, principal market sector for company, etc.).

Research Participation.   When participating in one of the Company's research projects, Members provide us with interview and survey responses.

Web Site Activity.   Visitor activity at our Site is tracked.

We use the information collected about Members to:

Formulate, Execute, and Deliver Research Projects.
We utilize segmentation techniques (e.g. grouping answers by respondent profile) to analyze responses to interviews and surveys.  To ensure the integrity of the research and to enable us to view and report on data longitudinally, the responses of all participants are identified and coded.  Responses are then aggregated so that information contained in our analyses and reports are not attributable to any individual Participant.

Understand and Improve EDDix Site.   We utilize analysis of web site activity to help us better understand and improve the overall value of the benefits delivered through our Site.

We will never voluntarily publish, release or otherwise communicate any Member-identifiable information including, without limitation, contact information and research responses.   Additionally, we will not sell, barter, trade or otherwise supply Member information to any other business, firm, or organization.

The anonymity of Members participating in discussion boards at our web site is protected through the use of Member-selected UserNames, User ID's or "screen names."

So that our Members can take their own measure of the validity of the research sample group, the Company reserves the right to publicly communicate the names of Member companies and the fact of their participation in specific research projects.
