General ... Access to EDDix research products has two parts: product license and selection of a delivery format.
Products can be delivered in printed format, on CD ROM or via download from our web site -- whatever's best for you.
Our electronic document format is Adobe PDF, requiring Adobe Reader version 5.0 or above.
Electronic Format Requirements Windows Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP
... CD ROM ... At your request, we will package PDF-format documents onto a CD. The documents are "locked" to a CD and cannot be transferred to other storage media such as a hard drive.
... Download ... Downloading an EDDix research product online involves the installation of a digital rights management plug-in. YOU MUST HAVE ADMINISTRATOR or POWER USER PERMISSION ON YOUR COMPUTER to install this plug-in. Alternatively, you will need support from your company's IT group to download and install EDDix Products.

The following highlights are provided for convenience only. The License Agreement governing purchase and use of EDDix products is substantially longer and should be read in its entirety. Click here to read the EDDix product License Agreement.
General ... Each Product License provides clients with the right to purchase up to five print-format copies of the Product plus up to five (5) electronic Instances per Product License. An electronic Product Instance is download and installation of an EDDix Product to an end-user terminal device or Product access via CD ROM.
Each electronic Instance is permitted to produce one printed copy of the Product.
We'll Work With You ...
We will do everything possible to accommodate your requirements.
Updated Product Content ... We anticipate modifying, updating and adding content for each of our Products on a regular basis ("Updates"). .
Licensors are entitled to access updates for Products and Versions they have purchased.
Updates are available only via our website.
New Product Versions ...
We intend to re-field primary research for our Products annually which will result in the publication and release of a new version ("Version").
We will provide Updates only for the most current Version of each Product.
We cease providing Updates for each Product Version once we have commenced re-fielding the primary research to create a new Version of that Product -- generally, several months prior to the scheduled release of the new Version.
