"... justice must have hands and feet ... to carry out justice in the shortest possible time and lowest possible cost."
Chief Justice Warren E. Burger
The "hands and feet" of justice have new, extremely accurate tools with which to arrive at the truth. Actually, the Enforcement sector has played no small role in shaping the landscape.
We use the term "Enforcement" to umbrella the prosecutorial side in criminal matters as well as the investigatory and compliance arms of the vast infrastructure of governmental agencies and authorities which oversee U.S. commercial activity and which have the authority to compel disclosure and production.
In this research project, we calibrate the size of this hotbed of EDD activity and innovation and identify meaningful (and often hidden) market opportunities.
Documenting the fabric of this side of the market, we tease out and analyze key trends in technology and practices -- most especially how they relate to the significant marketplace changes we projected in our EDD Supplier Landscape, volume.
And, of course, we are very interested to compare and contrast the EDD landscape views of the Enforcement sector with those of corporate legal, their outside law firms and the product and service Suppliers.
