The research project is meaningful. You've followed the project's evolution -- as a Member, you even helped steer the project design and maximized the value of the research results to you. You are plugged into the input side of the EDDix knowledge system.
The project is complete!
Now, there's only one thing standing between you and your return on investment -- you need to plug into the output side of the EDDix knowledge system.
Not to worry -- we're going to make this part painless. We're going to deliver exactly what you want, the way you want it ... and, we're going to give you full credit for the contribution you've already made as a Member.
All of our grand pricing strategies and policies can be distilled into three simple ideas ...
Pricing should reflect Member equity. Members are a critical source for primary market data -- quite frankly, without Member participation, we're a Frost & Sullivan wannabe and, while that's not a bad thing, that's not what we wannabe. If the company was structured differently, we believe the value that Members contribute would translate into a 45% equity stake. Then-therefore, we are reflecting that "phantom equity" as a 45% Member discount in the purchase price for all EDDix products.
It's not a snapshot, it's a marketplace webcam! EDDix research products are not static reports -- they're dynamic, open research projects that are continually being updated in response to changes in the marketplace and expanded as we broaden the base of research subjects and participants. Snapshots are for vacation -- real-time business decision-making demands real-time market information. Not interested in a purchasing a research subscription? No problem. You pay for the research report -- We'll pay for the subscription!. (OK -- fine -- yes -- it's built into the price.) Speaking of which ...
Return un-used portion for a refund. We have zero interest in unhappy clients ... which, coincidently, is exactly the amount of revenue we think we should derive from same. If a product's good, it will find an appropriate audience; if the product's bad, it will find an appropriate audience .... All kidding aside, if for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us and we'll make it right.
Will That Be Paper Or Plastic?
