We understand and fully appreciate the needs of all of our research participants for confidentiality and privacy. There are areas we are probing in our interviews that ask respondents to provide proprietary or confidential information; and/or there are a number of questions we pose which bear on sensitive areas either for the individual respondents or their law firms. |
| |
Confidentiality & Privacy |
Consistent with our stated Confidentiality & Privacy Policy, we will not report or share any information provided by participants in this study in any way that connects the individual or the law firm with specific questions and answers. |
|
In this project, responses are analyzed and reported at an aggregate level. We do not provide any party with access to firm-identified or respondent-identified data. However, we reserve the right to make public the fact of your firm's participation in this research project -- we believe it is critical to the credibility of the project that readers be able to vet the sources of information.

Security |
Although nothing online is 100% secure, we have taken a number of measures to ensure the security of the interview process and the integrity of the data collected. Our security measures include the following ...
Each respondent utilizes a unique UserName and PassWord set.
We are utilizing a secure SSL link between you and our interview software. This is the same connection methodology used to secure e-commerce transactions involving credit card data.
We are not utilizing any external parties for data handling or analysis. Your responses are being directly handled by the principals of EDDix. No one else is being provided access to the interview software or identified response sets.
